Currently volunteering in another country that does not allow me to run outside due to safety reasons.
The only accessible and safer route would be running around the village im staying - at least it's fenced.
it's 400m in total, with 4 sharp turns, 1 x 50m downhill, 1x 50m uphill and the rest are flat.
Am I thinking too much into this or would that hurt my training/ body in some ways?
The only benefits of doing this i could think of -
1. At least I can still run, though mentally torturing
2.I can cut my runs short easily if anything bad happens
