Absolutely. They should be up instantly. I've been at some high school XC Meets with live results (and it wasn't Leone Timing).

Not really. Even though the Africans enjoy unfettered drug use off season and out of competition, in many cases they will still sit and kick knowing the huge advantage their supplementation affords them, especially at distances over 2k.
