Well your 1:53 800m PR is way better than a 1:24.5 600m, so I have no idea. I would put you at like 1:57 right now.
That flying 150 is slow compared to that flying 100. My fastest flying 100 is 11.5 and I've run low 17s for 150m reps in the middle of workouts from a standing start. (PR is 1:52 btw).
Also, learn to pace better. 26.X and 55? Went out a little too hard. Overall it is a good workout but it doesn't tell me much about your 800m fitness. You could run 1:58 or 1:50 based on this workout. Not enough overall information.
