Also, speaking of running hills, what's the proper technique for running up hills? Because it can feel one of two ways to me. The first is running up a hill like an easy run on flat ground, so it just feels harder than a usual run. The other way is running hard up it which feels more like pushing off really hard with solely one leg at a time. Like the work is isolated per leg instead of shared
