I've run 112-115 half marathons over and over. Up until this training cycle, I've never run over 70 miles per week. Usualy my half were on 50-65, with my long run maxing out at 16.
My recent 5k/10k times indicate I'm in 111-112 shape (1530/3230). I ran these times on 65-85 miles/week over the past 16 weeks. Over this time, I've run 18-24 miles 6 times. Lots of tempos, but fewer workouts.
my question is this; how many more miles should I be running to make a conversion calculator accurate?
Daniels says 229 based off my 5k, Macmillan is more reasonable. Part of me thinks even 235 will be a stretch.
How much extra mileage over half training is necessary?
