Currently a DIII cross country/track and field athlete. Just bumped my mileage up to a consistent 85-90 mpw for the outdoor season. My body feels adjusted, but I have been doubling a lot of runs to hit this mileage. Max double when I do is four miles. Would this take away from summer training going into cross? Should I keep my runs to just singles or hit doubles to get my 85-90 mpw? #GoYanks
