I believe Knight won the 5000m the day before so probably wasn't full speed for the 3000.

I believe Trouard ran that super slow 5000 as well so he probably wasn't full speed either.
Justyn Knight is the Teg of Canada. He doesn't run the 10k.
Did Fisher run either?
I saw him running around when the steeple were going off. Wasn't sure what he was racing, but turned out he didn't toe the line.
