Racing the 5000 this weekend and at start the temps are supposed to be about 90.
I did the temperature adjustment on Jack Daniels and it says add 13 seconds a mile... which seems a bit excessive.
My goal is to run 15:15 and I feel as though this doable on a cool day.. but am I being overly ambitious given the temperature?
I guess what I'm really asking is about how much do you guys think 90's will affect race performance?
