So in Pfitzinger's plan, I am scheduled to do a 13 mile mid week "endurance run" as well as a 17 mile "endurance run".
Should I run either of these runs harder than the other? Or should they be at the same effort?
I don't think Pete distinguishes between these 2 in his book faster road racing. He simply coins endurance runs as the "longest run of the week" without taking into account the fact that there are 2 endurance runs in his plans...
