I just ran a 1:27:25 HM with no proper training due to a plantar fasciitis. Basically of 20-30 mpw no workouts. I'm 23, male. In high-school i ran 18:04 5k of 30 mpw. Then i haven't run for 5 years, started again last year, a bit overweight, managed a 5k in 27:xx. Bumped mileage up to 50mpw in 4 months and ran 20:xx and 1:35 HM within 6 months. Then i got injured since January this year and barely ran..20-30 mpw no workouts. Last Sunday i competed in a HM, got 1:27 on pure hate. How should i continue my training? Is it remotely possible to break 1:20 or get near by September? Help me out! Much appreciated.
