I would like to run the 3200 as fast as I possibly can this year and possibly make state (last years cutoff time 10:22) and if not I would like to at least hit 10:30 some background I have previously run
5:15 1600 last year
11:04 indoor meet almost two weeks ago (1600 split was 5:15) ran 11:14 PR last year
2:10 800 as a practice time trial non official race
Years past I’ve always run my races usually something like this
3200 74 82 84 88 90 88 86 84
Or something not quite that just what my lap times looked like and for the 1600 my first lap was always the same as my 800 being 68 (last year my 800 PR was 2:22)
So what would be the best possible way to run the 3200 I know that everyone is different but opinions are always nice to have
