I'm a freshman in HS and I'm trying to improve where I have a lack thereof. I think I respond best overall to tempos but I haven't been running long enough to determine it. Currently, I'm doing about 40 mpw and making sure I'm well-rounded with speed, intervals, and endurance runs. PRs:

How should I focus my training? I want to try to work on my weaknesses.
