I usually train 5-6 days of the week (30-40 miles), and recently came across a 100 days of running challenge, which got me interested. Since the minimum requirement is to run just 2km a day (probably aimed at new runners), I am fancying taking part in that. I guess 2km easy would be regarded as kind of a rest day, so I think I can carry on with my usual training pattern without too much worry. Actually, the biggest worry for me is travel, since that seems to have the greatest potential to disrupt the continuity during the 100 days (they have listed some rules about that on 100daysofrunning.in).
Looking for some advice here from people about how to cram a run a day during the stressful days, which may not just be travel, but work, etc. Have any of you tried something like this before and how did you manage it?
