This post kinda sounds trollish. But if your serious then tell her no way jose. There is no reason your GF should be sleeping in the same bed with a man that's not you. If she doesn't understand that then she's probably cheating and you should break up with her.
The fact that she lied to you should be an immediate red flag.
First off, confirm they do take trips every year. If they’ve been taking trips for 10 years then sure maybe she sees him as a cousin. My wife has a friend like that (except he actually is gay).
I’m betting that was a lie too. So start by asking her where they’ve gone in the past. After that tell her if she goes don’t come back.

Find out if he’s really gay. If he is, big deal.
If he’s not, then you have every right not to feel comfortable.
Only thing gay about this "friend" is that he loves butt stuff, as your girlfriend will soon find out.
I took more than one climbing trips with a (good looking at that) female friend, shared room and my wife has no issue with it. Your girlfriend's friend is gay or not is not the issue, whether you either trust your girlfriend or not is.
