Hey all. I found a hill near me that is 20% elevation. Flat out it takes a minute to run up...although this is the steepest part, there is hill after and before this steep section as well. I was wondering what kind of session would be beneficial on this hill. 10 second reps? 30 second reps? 1 minute? And how many reps would people do?
Or is it silly to run up a hill this steep? I've only done two sessions on it so far. They felt tough but I feel like it's amazing power training.
Coupled with faster running on a slight incline could this be a good weekly or bi-weekly session? Would love to know people's thoughts.
