Heyo everyone!
I am a female sprinter who specializes in the 400m and the 200m. I have really put in the work this season especially because I aim to run at the collegiate level. This year I have dropped a second or two off of my 400m every meet and my last meet was around a 1:02 (around two weeks ago). I have a meet in less than a week in which I am aiming to break 60, and hopefully get a time in the 58's even. Since the meet weeks ago I have gone on endurance runs or sprints 6 days of the week or sometimes lifts. My last season 200m PR was around the mid 26's. This season I have hit 27 but am gaining on 26 and hopefully 25 when state comes around. Is there any advice in aims for sub 60 this meet? Any words of advice?
