Need a 1500m workout for tomorrow, but looking for something that won't kill me. Tomorrow will be my third workout of the week and yesterday's session was intense. This kinda throws out sessions like 3x800 @ mile pace and 10x400 w/60s rest.
Was thinking about doing 16x300 @ mile race pace w/60s rest or would that be too intense? Or perhaps 2x(8x300) w/60s rest, 4min between sets? Basically just looking for a workout where I can get race pace down and get a decent amount of volume without killing myself for a race next Friday.
