Laps vs loops, what is the difference? is there one?
Laps vs loops, what is the difference? is there one?
laps are what felons do round the prison yard.
loops are a honey-covered breakfast cereal.
not real clear on why anyone could be confused by this.
cheers.
I've always heard once around the track as a lap.
I've heard of a hiking trail that comes back to the beginning as a loop.
A square is a form of a rectangke just as a lap is a form of a loop. A lap circles something Such as a football field or a lake. A loop merely comes back to its original starting point possibly meandering through woods or fields.
A loop is a course/route that goes around something and returns to where it started.
A lap is one repetition of the loop.
You can complete as many laps of the loop as you would like.
