I️ need some help trying to determine what I’m capable of by next Tuesday because that is the first meet of my season and let’s just say I’ve gotten A LOT faster some previous times I’ve run are as follows
5k 18:16 (9:59 3200 runner ran 16:37 at this course) was set in October
3200 11:14 was set last year
1600 5:15 was set last year
800 2:22 was set last year
These were my previous PRs in each of my events now after 3 months of just lots and lots of long runs and lifting my coach had the team time 800s recently and I️ come out with the fastest time running a solid 2:10.... in PRACTICE now can someone please help me figure out what times I️ should be shooting for and what I️ starting time I should aim for as well and training I️ literally only did long runs weeks varied from 30-50 miles one 10-12 mike run on Saturday thanks
