I weigh more than 140 kg (height 6 foot 3 inches). I am trying to loose weight and I started with slow pace jogging 3-4 sets of 200 meter jog now I can jog 3 sets of 1000 meter i.e. 1 km (with a faster jog of 50 - 60 m in the end of each set).
My question is in order to loose weight should I increase my distance of jog or should adopt something like HIIT (alternating faster and slower jogs) in between before increasing the distance?
How's your diet? Lots of running won't help speed up weight loss if your diet sucks (I know firsthand.)

You are trying to LOSE weight not loose weight. LOSE, LOSE, LOSE you moron.
bruh just lift some weights, muscle burns more calories at rest than... i guess less muscle? idk muscle helps you burn fat though. just weights and eat healthier. and be consistent.

The running looks good. Take your time and feel free to walk as much as you want in between your run segments. Think of your workout as time spent moving.
As for diet, you must dial this in. There is no go to way to do it, but if you are struggling to stay on track, I recommend fixed meals.
