Why are you doing three mile intervals??? That's WAY too long for a 3200 race. Plus that seven minutes is some p u s s y s h i t... But if your heart is set on it, I would only do two sets, the first at 6:05ish pace for an 18:15, then the second as a cutdown to hopefully around 17:50-17:55. Adding in a third or fourth 3-mile likely wouldn;t help someone in your shoes. I would talk to your coach about doing 4-5x1000m or 6-8x800 instead of this very long, broken tempo.
