Those 400s at that end are ok and show you weren't that tired. However, if this workout was all out, then you're going to be looking at something more like 18:50. Even if it was controlled, 18:20. Sorry. However, you can get to sub 18 in another couple of weeks with good training.
If you're in a deep enough field, I think sub 18 is well within the realm of possibility, especially if it is mostly flat and on road. If you're training for this and this alone, I would keep getting some more hard workouts in 2-3x a week to improve your chances. Also, don't forget to taper slightly! Hope it goes well.
