I currently run in ASICS Gel Hyper Speed, size 8.
My dress shoe is a size 7.
What size will I wear for the Nike Zoom Speed Rival, unisex?
Yesterday I checked to see what time the Nike Town store in Beverly Hills closes, and I did not realized that the store shut down. The nearest Nike store near me is at the Grove and do not have time to go there.
I will order the shoes online, but need help with sizing.

I don't know about that. Don't you now your size in mm? Japanese size? That's the most reliable way to pick a shoe size.
According to Running Warehouse, your size 8 Hyperspeeds equal 250mm. That'd be Men's 7/Women's 8.5 in the Speed Rival.
A number of online retailers offer free returns, so you could always order a couple different sizes, see which fits better, and return the other pair.
