What about if I want to run decent times
Get your diet worked on, train as best you can. Stop worrying about what you weigh and focus on performance.
Just eat a healthy well-balance diet and your body will naturally find its right weight.
Starving yourself will just cause injuries and slow you down.
For someone with a medium build, you should around twice your height (in inches). You are 68 in. so 136lb (ish).
Just a general guideline, everyone is different.
