I was really frustrated and ended up getting in a fight with my brother. He's 18 and I'm 16. When our mom broke us apart, there was a massive hole in the newly painted (like 3 days) wall, including one in my door. What am I supposed to do in this situation? Yeah I know I'm an idiot but what should i expect to happen?

You better fix that. One day when you grow up you'll see what a pain in the crapper it is to have to fix that thing/hire someone to do it for you.
Also, learn to get along with your brother. Learning to resolve issues without fighting is going to make you a better person in the long run when it comes to working in the real world and with other people.
In your late 20s you're going to realize that your family is a lot more important to you than you originally thought. Don't screw that up.
You are supposed to help your brother patch the holes and re-paint. Is this a serious question?
I did something similar as a teenager.
Learned how to patch it with some drywall paste and mesh. Looks nearly new.
Good skill.
Lowes or Home Depot will sell patches that you just dry wall into place. Buy one of those, a small tub of drywall mud and something to spread it on. If it was painted within days you probably have left over paint. Fix it up.
If you put a hole in the door, replace the whole thing.
If you caused the fight, then do the repairs.
If your brother caused the fight, then he is the one who's responsible.
If he's the one who caused the fight, then be adamant that he's the one who's responsible.
P.S. I thought you guys were older then that, but this explains a few things.
