3/16 Needles vs 1/4 Pyramids

    I got a pair of NB LD5000 v5 spikes and they came with 1/4 inch ceramic spikes but the store also gave me 3/16 inch needle spikes to use if the pyramids were banned at any meets. For meets where both are allowed, which would be better for 800,1600 and 3200.

    1/4 pyramids. Don't sleep on Christmas tree spikes though, those are good too.

    The 1/4 pyramids are the best for all conditions and events? I'll check out x-mas but I got these spikes for free and don't want to buy more.
