So, after reading the threads by Hadd and the general consensus of the letsrun.com posters, it has been stated that easy runs or regular runs should be run at any pace.
So the question is: Are good running programs, that run 6-minute pace per mile on everyday runs, running too fast?
The programs known to run at this level are:
Stanford
Wisconsin
Colorado
Michigan
Arkansas
Notre Dame
These are good programs off the top of my head. Could be more. But is this right or wrong? Would these programs have more success if they ran slower?
