I have a 200m time trial scheduled tomorrow, I'm currently in 13.2 100m shape, is it doable? And how should I pace/approach the TT to run under 27 if its possible indeed. My current best for it is 27.5 and this was set 2 weeks ago or so.

sprint all out the whole way. its a 200. you don't need to pace it.
Go out hard, hang on, and kick.
