Is this possible to do? How much does it cost if so? Anybody have the chance to train there for a few weeks?

Why the need to train at the OTC? The ADP and WCAP both train at a local high school. I think the BTC ladies trained at the USAFA when they were here last month. That's the beauty of running - a 400 meter track is the same everywhere you go.
want to do a 2 week stint, and simply looking for options
OTC is overrated.

You sure about that?
http://speedendurance.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/St-Marys-College-High-School-Athletic-Facility.jpgIt is not that simple. At one time to be eligible to train there you needed to be ranked top 10 nationally in your event.
While the OTC has relaxed its rules, it is not like you can just show up and train. While they will rent space to entities, it is a complicated process.
Also, there is no track at the OTC. The one that was there was removed in 1996 (give or take) and replaced with new dorms.
It's not even in a very good part of town. You would be much better off renting a room close to the Garden of the Gods and running around there for a week (or Ute Valley park). It's not even designed to host track athletes any more. Here are the resident sports they have:
Boxing
Cycling (Olympic and Paralympic)
Figure skating
Gymnastics
Paralympic Judo
Pentathlon
Shooting (Olympic and Paralympic)
Paralympic Swimming
Wrestling
There are better places in Colorado to train if you are looking for some altitude.
2 weeks?
Come on out and run, but do not expect to see much. You will barely get used to the altitude in that amount of time.
I got to live and train at the Olympic Training Center as part of a US Team. It was short term and covered by USATF. It was one of the best experiences of my life. The dorms are very basic, cafeteria is mind blowing good, and the sports medicine people (massage, blood testing, education) was fantastic. You're surrounded by some of the best athletes in the world, and I felt inspired and motivated every day being around them. As for training- the dorms set back a ways from the entrance of the campus. It took a good while to run to the Pikes Peak Greenway Trail. I remember doing workouts at Memorial Park to the South. I didn't have a car- otherwise I would have driven for more options.
Anyways, here's more information on the USATF website:

Just come to Colorado Springs and run with Scott Simmons group at Cheyenne HS. Tag along and he’ll charge you for his carnival barker coaching!
