Providence should be up there. Treacy (2:08), Carroll and Ronan were about 2:10 - 2:11, can't think of others..
That middle school in Kenya is probably pretty good.
EMU has 4 sub-2:15; Minty, Smith, Verran & Johns. At least one other has run sub-2:20; Furst.
