Failing a test at the Olympics is nothing more than failing an IQ test- plain and simple.
That bad huh? What's the OOC testing like in Algeria?

Then he's tested a lot OOC? And if that's the case then he's the real deal. You just can't get away from OOC testing these days. It's nailed more athletes catching them with their pants down when they thought they put one over on WADA. You can run but you can't hide from OOC testing.
OOC testing has cleaned up the sport like nothing before. Dopers can calculate their glow times and know exactly when to stop doping before any IC testing. But you can't do that with OOC testing ..no sir. Just when these dopers think they're getting away with doping along comes OOC testing and bang!...they're caught glowing like a New England lighthouse on a foggy night!
If an athlete is testing regulary OOC, they're more than likely clean & green.
Lets hear it for OOC testing! ??
Makh is probably the fastest clean 1500m runner on the circuits right now.
He trains in Europe, subject to frequent out of competition testing.
He does not have the emaciated and unusually low body fat appearance of certain other runners.
He doesn't have out of this world endurance, relies more on his speed.
He doesn't disappear to Eastern Africa for months at a time.
Sadly, Makh was not back in 2018.
