I ran a 15 miler yesterday on a snowy bike path and did a 5K time trial at the end - clocked in at 17:45 (PR)
What do you think my potential is for the marathon?
Newish to running.. I only have done one marathon so far - with no specific training - did a 3:03
With some proper training - what do you think is possible? I'm 32yo, 5'9 and 145lbs
Note: My background is in ultra's - ~5 hour 50K on mountaneous conditions, ~24 hour 100 miler
