I am a freshman in high school and I ran xc for 2 years and this will be my 3rd track season. I pr'd in xc with a time of 19:07 5k but I got that down to a 18:07 3 months later. Last season I ran a 5:10 1600, 11:25 3200, and 2:20 800. I want to run a sub 4:40 1600 this year, sub 10:40 3200, sub 2:10 800, and sub 10 3k steeple. I've been looking at the Vic 3's, Mamba 3's, Matumbo 3's, Vic 2's, and Vic Elites. I used M8's last year but now that I'm faster I think I should get a more advanced spike. I'm also a bigger guy at 145 lb and 5' 9". Anything helps, thanks!
