You're most likely stuck at 4:15 until you peak, which you'll probably hit 4:10. That is, if you peak correctly.

2 week’s later after my 4:11, I ran 4:10! I’m not sure how to prove my times without revealing my name. Doesn’t matter if you believe me or not. Unfortunately not racing another 1600 this season
3 weeks after my 4:10, I ran 9:03 for 3200m. That 3200m was way harder than any of the 1600s Ive done
