Curious to see what kinda shape people think I am in. I am trying to decide what to race next weekend and am hoping others can provide me with some insight by telling me what kinda fitness they think I am in. Does 1:55, 4:16, and 8:35 seem do able next week based on my workouts and mileage? Below or workouts that I have run recently:
Averaging 70mpw the last 5 weeks, All of these workouts were done in succession with only 1 day in between each (see dates)

3x300 @46mid, 46mid, 46 w/75s rest (goal was 47-48)
800 @2:02high (goal was 2:06-2:08)
3x300 @44,44,45 (goal was 43-45)
2. (1/09)
6 miles continuous of 1/2 mile @5:50 pace and 1/2 mile @5:10 pace
2:32/2:33 on each of the 1/2 miles on and 2:53-2:54 on most of the offs.
total time was 32:36 (5:26avg)

15 mile long run @6:25 avg w/ 3x(3-2-1min w/1min rest between from 5:30-5:00 pace)
Averaged 5:40 pace for the entire workout portion including jogging recovery (4.6 miles 26:00)

3x800, 4x400, 2x200 1:1 rest, full recovery for the 2s
Splits: 2:20-2:19-2:17-66-67-66-66-27-26high
goals were 2:20, 68, fast

4 sets of 4x400s slow 100m jog between each rep, 400m jog between sets (35s, 2:00) goal paces (72,71/70, 69. 68)
