It's time to give it up and start walking the street.

If I give it up I won't become a 14 guy!
Yeah but I can probably beat him 400m and down so I'm only like 90% a loser, not 100% a loser. I'll take it
Math is not your strength.

Muy profundo, te habías descubierto la matemática.
Fixed your title. Should read: 14:30 guys

Actually 14:16 - 14:18. That's what the pace is per 5k for a 2:00:25.

"Stater of hidden truths", I wouldnt be surprised if you have never broken 15, dont try to make guys feel bad for barely holding kipchoges fake marathon pace.

Yeah, when you put it that way, it's incredible to think of running four of those back-to-back and still have 2.2k to go.

You tell him, Bob!
He can do a 1:00:12.5 half marathon twice.

I wonder how many American runners are capable of doing it just once?

Are you trying to imply that he's doping?

Nope.
Yes, we know that. So does any 2:06 guy. They are at a different level, no big deal. They do their thing, we do ours.
So...who cares? ?
This kind of sounds like Larry Rawson! That is a great way for the average person to understand how fast the fast runners are going.
We have a 15:30 XC guy in our school. Every kid in the school can relate to the Gym Class Mile.
When we tell them he's running 3 miles at about 5:00 pace on grass, in the mud, up hills, they all get it.
Our football team won multiple State Championships- this kid is the sports icon in the school.

Nor running knowledge. 15 flat seems too slow a pace even without working it out
