I'm running a 1600m race tomorrow. I've done some workouts like a 20 minute tempo averaging 5:38 pace two weeks ago, 6x1000 in 3:20 with a 90 seconds rest (not very hard) a couple of days ago, 12x200 averaging 31 mid with a 200 jog rest, 14x400 averaging 69.8 with a 200 jog rest last week, 4x(300-200-100) 200 jog rest between everything averaging 48, 31, 14. Really did not go all out on any of these sessions, but some were hard. Have been averaging 40-45 mpw with all my distance runs relatively easy to moderate with paces between 6:30 - 7:00 miles. What will I run tomorrow.
