I've gone through 2 pair of Adidas Cubatos and am thinking of getting my 3rd. The only thing I'd change about them is the heel hight (which isn't much): I'd reduce it even more to make them flatter.
Any suggestions for different racing flat?

I don't think you will find one better than the Cubato.
Puma Heras
It's a tough call. According to Running Times reviews, The Heras, T3/T4, and the NB 950 are about the same "flatness" as the cubato.
The Nike waffle racers are the lowest shoe I've tried. Built like a spike. Not the lightest (since it's an XC shoe -- the durable outsole material weighs a bit) but very minimal (no airbags, a simple gimmick-free shoe)
The T3/T4 is no different than most. The 950 and 205 are on the lower side, and the lowest commerically available for a while was likely the 150.
The H Street is pretty flat, as it seems the the Katana Racer II is.
Thanks everyone. This was helpful.
Tiger Ultimate 81s look like they have a heel lift, but feel super-flat to me. My Diadora Mythos are pretty flat and I love them more and more.
I have at least 4 prs flatter than stock Ult 81's, I also cut the wedge off my Ult 81's and removed the insoles and they
and they still feel alittle clunky to me, I usually run barefoot.

Gel Magic Racer, if you are a lightweigh efficent runner.
How long have you been running on those? I was very tempted by them recently. What shoe do you think they are closest to?
Sorry. On the Mythos.
Why don't they build a shoe without any discrepancy?
Placing one's bare foot on the ground, the height difference between forefoot and heel is precisely 0 cm.
What prohibits a flat from doing the same?

This has a 10mm lift -- same as most other flats. It's lower than any trainer, but not even close to being the "flattest flat".

I've had them a year, but wearing them on most runs the last 6 months or so. Nice combo of flexibility w/ just a little support and flexibility. Didn't look that durable, but they've held up well. Kind of remind me of my air mariahs and Tiger Paws.
Good question. Why isn't ANYONE offering a "zero-difference" (vis-à-vis heel height and forefoot height) training or racing shoe? Sounds to me like the waffle racer is the closest thing to it, but it has a built-up heel, too, doesn't it?
The Cubato? Are you kidding? That one isn't even close to being the flattest.
weight has nothing to do with it (as long as you're not too much overweight). You can be 215 lbs and be light on your feet or you can be 99 lbs and kill your legs.
Then give us some names.
