Ahahhaa good thread. Which marathon did Ryan run? Objectively, they both ran fairly well. I'm surprised Ryan ran so well.
Ryan got bottled up at the start or he would have run a little faster.

Can we dispense with this fiction that Trahan only trained for 10 days? If that we true and he had that level of latent ability/talent, we would have seen him set records/win big things/etc. We have not.
Trahan or some nuts on LRC is either lying or twisting the truth.
I don't find it exceptional that a NCAA Div 1 athlete off 10 days of running after 1 month running break just manages to break 3h for the marathon...4:16 / Km / 6:40 / miling is a jog for this lads.. come on...
