Depends where you're from.

Elite Africans don't benefit because they smile a lot and are brought up correctly.

People from Europe tend to benefit a lot regardless of how fast they are because they are naturally more evil.

When she was sanctioned for hematological anomalies in her ABP, one of her off-scores was an astronomically high 153! ? Russia likes to go full throttle with their blood doping program and the number of ABP sanctions they've had shows it.
