I am constantly seeing advice and articles advising strength training for runners - to boost your core and overall strength - for runners competing in 5k right up to the marathon. In that case, is rowing any good ? Strength and cardio in the one workout... done in a cosy house... effort within reason of course... what do you think ? Serious question so you lonely trolls, don't bother, you stay and keep that bridge warm. Thanks all.
