I just recently got a 235 and I'm wondering how you guys think the accuracy of the heart rate monitor is. Thanks!

I had a 235. It was so nice and lightweight. I found that the heart rate was accurate, it just must not be too loose on your wrist, so when I run I just tighten it one notch.
For me, even when I had it tight to my wrist it seemed high. I brought out my old HRM strap and my HR went down significantly. It seems to work well for me when I'm relaxed, but when I run it tends to be higher.
for most easy runs in moderate conditions it works fine. But of course, I don't really need a HRM to tell me that 7:30 pace is easy. It doesn't work well for workouts with big changes of pace, or workouts at all for that matter. Usually if I were to do a 3mi warmup then 5 miles tempo, then a 3mi cooldown, it would read a reliable HR for the 3mi warmup, then when I switched from easy to tempo pace it wouldn't pick up my raised HR until the 4mi mark, almost exactly on the mile usually. then while I cool down it would still read high and never drop back down.
Have used a 235 for ~ year. Find the HR data useful as a reference point specific to the device itself. Wouldn't base a medical decision on it, but it is consistent enough to compare and contrast workouts with regard to how my body is responding.
Good specificity, but not sensitivity, in bio-statistical terms.

Wow dude, you must really be fast. Are you like, going out for the Olympics?
