I just did 3*3km at 9:18-9:14-9:08 with 3:30 walking rest. On a dirt road.
I'm more a Speedy guy, so this kind of workouts are not my forte
My 5k pr is 15:15
My goal for this winter ( end of january)is 8:3xx
How close i'm ?

Your 5k is equal to a 8:45 3k. What is your current mileage? And other workouts?
You can use this calculator to find your current fitness:
You need to use CURRENT ability. Experiment with putting in a range of times you think or know you can run today.
For example, 55 400m and 15:15 5000m:
400 0:55.0
800 1:59.07
1000 2:32.93
1500 4:00.61
1-mile 4:20.19
3000 8:40.04
2-mile 9:22.08
5000 15:15.0
10000 32:42.68

Yes it's very possible. It's a very strong workout, speed and mileage wise. No one could blame you for opening 2:49 at 1km, I wish you good luck and hope conditions are good.
