Does this huge improvement in the 5k suggest I run much faster in the 1600m in track? Goal is 4:11, but I'm thinking it's very viable I run 4:15 pretty easily? Does this 5k progression suggest a faster time already? Alternatively, do the times not carry over well sometimes?
