Hello everyone!
I'm currently seeking advice about quitting running and move to a different sport (MMA). Just to give you guys some background, I have little to no fighting experience and I'm bored of running. I'm tired of running because I continually get repetitive injuries (healthy for 2 months then out for 2-4 months at a time). So right now I'm deciding on if I should quit and try a different sport out. Do you guys think this would be a great idea?
