So 100 45lb squats? I feel like most active people could do that. 21 min?

How did 134lbs become 45lbs to you? I mean, the numbers are right there in his very short post.
100 reps with 134 would equate to around a 530 max, 4xbody weight. Right around world record level.

it doesn't work like that
Not specific enough. You will inevitably fade after 100 steps.
Try bodyweight, alternating single leg, higher reps (3 sets of about 1600).

I think they mean 45 lbs on each side of the barbell + the bar = 135 lbs.
That is not an impressive squat. You're lightweight. 100 reps is also a waste of time IMO.
I'd throw another 45 or two on each side and see what you can do.

Well, I squat 3X my bodyweight in sets of 400 and my 5K is just under 11:09, so I guess you could go about 12:15.

Lol for some reason i interpereted it as his body weight (himself) plus an empty barbell. To be fair, it was like 5am.
