I see the 64 was not all out, it couldn't have been, because you took 2 min. rest and ran another pretty fast. However, it was a very high intensity, because you could not match the 64 on the next one due to lactic acid levels still being too high. I'm going to guess you can run an all out 400 in 60. That would put you, well-trainined, at 2:13-2:14 is my guess.
Approximate time of between 2.15 and 2.18.
It's not the best training session for an 800m runner though.
Try something like 8 x 200m with 2 mins, aiming for around 32 secs.
Possibly 6 x 300m with 3 mins rec, aiming for around 47 secs.
the actual workout was 400 @ 64 with 2 min rest, then 400 @ 66 w/ 10 mins rest and then i did it again but i went 400 @66 w/ 4 rest 400 in 65. I have 57 splits for 4X400 numerous times
If you have split 57 than you should be able to run
2:09 -2:13
are you gina gall?

800 Girl;
Based on your 400m time (57sec), although insufficient information has been provided about your aerobic capacity, 2.10-2.12 is possible. Of course running 600m as a time-trial at the same pace (64-66sec) would give an even better indication (as long as it is run fairly evenly).
I assume you have a coach - who prescribed the session of 2x2x400m?? If so, then ask that person!! It is quite likely that they might know better about you than anyone on this forum! Also, is the specific intensity (64-66sec) what you were asked to do? In other words WHY were you running at this intensity - because you could, or because your coach prescribed this?
Im in high school and my coach told be to hit these times. She said thinks i can run 2:13. Just wanted to get opinions
