My training was going pretty well but last sunday i got the flu. Maybe because I did train a little bit to much. The last 6 days I wasn`t able to run since i felt so ill and exhausted. Today I went for an easy 8k run and my legs just felt like crap. I just had no power to push off the ground.
So my question is how much the days off will affect my running performance and how long will it take until I am able to run like before?
Is it possible that the days off even helped me because I was training a little bit to much ?
