For those who run this amount regularly, what does that look like for you on a day to day basis? Thanks.

Monday, am 3-4, pm workout usually around 8 miles
Tuesday, am 3-4, pm tempo workout usually around 8
Wednesday, am 6-8
Thursday, am 3-4, pm workout 8 miles
Friday, am 4-6
Saturday 12-16 mile long run
Sunday, am 8-10
This is a typical week for me
A lot of 8 mile runs. 2 workout days a week 8-10 miles with with warm up etc. One 14 mile run. That's usually enough to get me there. I think you'll find one double a week will get you to 70 much more easily, but it's optional at that point. I prefer doubling once a week for insurance but it depends what works for you.
My top female athlete just covered 66 miles this week here is what she did:
Monday Recovery run 40-45 minutes
Tuesday AM 30-35 minutes easy
PM session with warm up and warm down 6x1k in 3:15 with 1:45 seconds recovery
Wednesday 70 minutes
Thursday AM easy 30-35 minutes
PM session with warm up and warm down 2400 threshold 5x300m at 1500m 1600 threshold
Friday Recovery 30-35 minutes
Saturday AM Hilly 45 min run surging hills
PM recovery 30-35 min
Sunday 95 minutes ( 13.8 miles)
Hi I regularly run a little more then that but I also double my amount in singles is near where you want
Monday 10 easy
Tuesday 10-11 workout (warm up 2.5-3 and same for cool down)
Wednesday midweek long run 12 easy
Thursday 10 normal
Friday very easy 6
Saturday and Sunday are interchangeable depending on who is available to run but
One day long run
The other day 10.
If long run is Saturday I usually do a pickup or tempo in the middle
If long run is Sunday I’ll do a workout on Saturday around 10 total
I also double 2-3x usually on Tuesday morning Thursday and the weekend for 5 miles
So at 10,10,12,10,6,10,15 - 73
Add in the doubles and You’ve got 83-88
For you I would just take a mile off every day and your right in the range
M - 5 miles
T - 12 miles (workout)
W - 9 miles - occasionally will be a 4/5 double day
R - 7 miles
F - 12 miles (workout)
S - 7 miles
S - 17 miles

Been doing something like this for a while, has worked well for me:
Monday: Recovery 7.5 mi
Tuesday: Easy 8.5 mi
Wednesday: Workout 10 mi
Thursday: Recovery 7.5 mi
Friday: Easy 8.5 mi
Saturday: Easy/Medium 8 mi
Sunday: Long/Workout/Hard 15 mi
Most days are about the same, except the workout days of Wed/Sun. Good schedule for the marathon where daily/regular mileage works well.
M: off
T: 12 easy
W: interval workout, 12 total
Th: 10-12 easy
F: 8 easy
Sa: 16-18 with fartleks
Sure: 12-14 easy
Total: 70-76
