Idea: why can't hobby joggers pay for the race entries of sub 3 runners?

I think that's really unfair.

Genius. HobsJog thinks that the incentive for joggers to go from hobby jogger to obsessed jogger status will improve with these financial incentives of rewarding sub 3s.

What you are missing, of course, is the fact that the vast majority of sub-3 runners are also "hobby joggers". Other than the pro runners. Next.

Instead of basing it on a time, it could be based on place. The cheater fund could be distributed among, for example, the top 10 male and female placers in the race.

The races could even make it work in a prize money fashion so that the 1st place finisher gets a larger share of the cheater fund than the 2nd place finisher, etc.

Without the slower runners you wouldn't get the big prize money for the elite runners.

why can't young males pay for the car insurance of older drivers? Older people have help fund the erratic driving of young males since car insurance was invented.

why can't young people pay for the health insurance of older people? Old people paid into a system they didn't use when they were young so that when they were older they would pay less.

How about this instead. You get refunded the percentage of your AG position score in a race . Race entry is $400.
